1. Adhala Dam
The Adhala Dam is an Earthfill dam build across the Adhala river near Akole, Deothan. The primary purpose of this dam was to Irrigation and Drinking Water supply. The height of the dam is 40 meters, and the length is 623 meters.
2. Dhoki Dam
The Dhoki Dam is an earthfill dam build across the Kalu river near Parner taluka. The primary purpose of this dam was to Irrigation and Drinking water. The height of the dam is 17.33 meters, and the length is 397 meters.
3. Ghatghar Dam
The Ghatghar Dam is a gravity dam near Ghatghar Village, chonde. Ghatghar dam refers to two associated dams one is lower, and another is upper. The lower dam built across the Shahi Nalla River and the Upper dam build across the Pravara River. The primary purpose of this dam was to generated Hydroelectricity. The height of the lower dam is 86 meters, and the length is 447 meters. The height of the upper dam is 15 meters, and the length is 503 meters.
4. Ghod Dam
The Ghod Dam is an earthfill dam build across the Ghod river near Shirur Nagar. Its official name is Ghod Dam D01023. It’s also named Pava Dam. The primary purpose of this dam was to Irrigation. The height of the dam is 29.6 meters, and the length is 3,300 meters.
